In a session, I create a calm, safe space where you can release what no longer serves you and reconnect with your own inner stillness. Reiki works on the whole person mind, body, and spirit helping to reduce stress, ease emotional weight, and restore a sense of peace.

Sessions are available in person in Santa Monica or by virtual appointment.
